From the 1st November 2012
through to the 31st October 2013 amateur anglers have the chance to
win one of thee fabulous fly fishing prizes from Genwair
in conjunction with participating stillwater fisheries.
To enter the competitions anglers 12 and
over must hold a valid rod
licence and permit to fish at the participating
stillwater. No other purchase is necessary. Junior
anglers under 12 do not need a rod licence but must
still hold a permit for the fishery.
This competition is not open to
anyone employed in the fly fishing industry or to
National or International Fly Fishing Team Members
Entry Rules
Each angler may enter as many times as they wish
but only their best fish from ONE participating fishery
will be considered for a prize and only ONE prize per
angler regardless of the number of entries and or venues
fished.
To enter the junior competition anglers must be
under 12 years of age.
All entries must be rainbow trout caught on a
single artificial fly. Flies may be wet, dry or nymph.
All brown trout caught during this competition
must be released unharmed.
All entries must be verified by a member of the
participating fishery management or a Genwair staff
member.
Any anglers found to be cheating or entering fish
not caught by them will be disqualified from the
Competition and banned from taking part in future
Genwair Competitions and Promotions.
Cheating includes catching fish for other anglers.
